Chronicle of a medicinally intense night at the Convent. 😂

“I only had a little taste…”
while hugging a bottle of ratafia as if it were a prayer book.
And Sister Potato, sweetly:
“Sister Piety, that was for rubbing on the body.”
And Sister Piety:
“Well, I rubbed it on the inside.”
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
And in the background, Aurelius, without lifting his eyes from the parchment:
✒️ Aurelius’s Note
Sister Piety has insisted that the ratafia is still a medicinal remedy.
The way she walks suggests that the treatment has been intensive.
I did not consider it necessary to open a scientific debate.
— Aurelius, Chronicler of The Attic
Sister Piety doesn’t do anything wrong.
She simply becomes a little more affectionate.
She hugs the trees.
She says the squirrels are very polite.
And she ends up handing out little pieces of pine-nut cake to everyone.
And, before going to bed, she tells Mother Patience:
“I love you very much, you know?”
And Mother Patience puts a blanket over her and sighs:
“Every year, the same story on Saint John’s Eve…”
