Dornel travels the paths around the village with his old wooden cart, loaded with stones, minerals, and crystals he has collected during his journeys.
He knows the mountains and the hidden paths very well, and he can recognize every kind of stone simply by its color, shape, or sparkle. Some he uses for his own work, while others he brings back to the village so the local craftspeople can turn them into special objects.
His cart is always heavily loaded, and every now and then, a little woodland animal decides to join him for part of the journey. Dornel is already used to it and simply carries on as if nothing unusual were happening.
When he reaches the village, the little bells on his cart announce his arrival before he even appears around the corner.
Dornel always comes back with something that wasn’t there before. 🪨💎🍂✨
